Freelancers are responsible for reviewing job details before applying. Applying for a job does not guarantee selection, payment, project confirmation, or future work.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legitimacy, quality, safety, or outcome of any job listing, applicant profile, portfolio, client, employer, freelancer, or project.

5. Relationship Between Users

Any discussion, agreement, quotation, payment arrangement, project scope, contract, work delivery, cancellation, refund, or dispute between a freelancer and a client is solely between those users.

Freelancer Photographers is not responsible for:

  • Hiring decisions
  • Project quality or final output
  • Delayed payments or non-payment
  • Cancellations or changes in project scope
  • Miscommunication between users
  • Travel, equipment, accommodation, or production expenses
  • Injuries, accidents, losses, or damages during a project
  • Copyright ownership disputes
  • Any breach of agreement between users

Users should independently verify each other’s identity, portfolio, business details, references, payment terms, and project requirements before entering into any agreement.

6. Payments and Financial Arrangements

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the Website, Freelancer Photographers does not process, hold, guarantee, or protect payments between clients and freelancers.

All payment terms must be discussed and agreed directly between the client and freelancer, including:

  • Advance payment
  • Payment schedule

Freelancers are responsible for complying with applicable tax, invoice, GST, and legal requirements. Clients are responsible for making payments according to their agreed terms.

Users may upload or submit photographs, videos, portfolios, profile images, job descriptions, logos, text, reviews, and other content (“User Content”).

You confirm that:

  • Your content is not misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
  • You have obtained required permissions from people appearing in photographs or videos, where necessary

By uploading User Content, you grant Freelancer Photographers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, resize, promote, and distribute that content only for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms, receives a valid complaint, or may create legal, safety, or reputation risks.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

9. Prohibited Activities
